Très bon séjour au calme et proche de tout en voiture ou scooter Positive: L emplacement dans la jungle Les piscines Le logement est grand et propre Terrasse en rooftop avec petit bain si on a envie :) Negative: La piscine du haut a besoin d entretien Et les bâtiments avec petit coup de rafraîchissement serait un plus

FABULEUX Positive: Résidence dans la jungle, avec des équipements de qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et décorées avec goût. Tout le nécessaire y est. La communication est facile avec les gérants. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits et c'était génial. Meilleur rapport qualité prix pour l'emplacement!!!

Positive: La habitación era cómoda, el jacuzzi esta increible Negative: La alberca nimca estuvo limpia los dias que estuvimos, el wifi solo sirvio el 1er dia qie llegamos

Horrible . First day I relaxed in bed but then saw filthy common areas . No power, no ruining water , no toilet working Positive: Bed was comfortable and they provided water . Good communication about getting there . Seemingly friendly on texts but mice elsewhere and keep saying they will help and do nothing . All lip service . Negative: The kitchen was filthy , the burners . Electricity went out for a full day and running water and toilets would not flush . They offered to let me use another toilet but not switch room that was working . Pools were filthy with chipped tiles , leaves and dirt in them . If you’re backpacking on a strict budget maybe but it’s still very overpriced for Tulum . You will have to have a scooter or car as there is absolutely nothing walking distance . Not even a bodega . Guy on scooter every morning honking for ten mo it’s straight outside my window for three days .
